SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Purchased items will be shipped within 4 business days of the order, although most will be within 1 to 2. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify sales@mojo-labs.com (please include Transaction ID number). You will receive an an email from sales@mojo-labs.com when your order has been confirmed. PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES All shirt orders are shipped USA USPS Priority Mail (Flat Ship Rate) but may be subject to an alternate service. If USPS Priority Mail service is used, pricing for one (1) shirt is $5, pricing for two (2) to five (5) shirts is $10, pricing for six (6) to (10) shirts is $15, more than ten (10) shirts may be sent via an alternate service, and charged at the appropriate fee. Posters may be shipped via an alternate service. Fees for shipping and handling are posted on final invoice, but in some cases, a separate request to pay appropriate shipping fee may follow final invoice. International orders are shipped FedEx. All California residents will incur a 9.25% sales tax. Please contact sales@mojo-labs.com if you have any questions. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All orders that require shipping to locations outside of the 50 continental US States, will receive an e-mail from Paypal requesting payment for shipping. The shipping charge is based on Priority service via USPS. Once the request for payment is paid via Paypal, the package will be shipped with in 2 days. International shipping, may not be included in any "Free Shipping" promotions, and my still require additional payments to cover shipping fees. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. RETURN POLICY NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to sales@mojo-labs.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in as-new condition with printed receipts when returned. |
